Refund & Cancellation Policy

Marketplace Model

Belmore Cove is a marketplace platform that connects buyers with independent sellers. All sales made through Belmore Cove are transactions between the buyer and the individual seller operating their storefront. Belmore Cove is not a party to these transactions.

Seller Refund Policies

Each seller on Belmore Cove sets their own refund and cancellation policy. These policies may vary between sellers and product types. Before making a purchase, we encourage you to review the seller's specific refund and cancellation policy, which may be communicated by the seller directly.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, contact the seller directly through their storefront or using the contact information provided in your order confirmation. Belmore Cove does not process refunds directly for marketplace transactions.

Dispute Resolution

If you are unable to resolve a refund issue directly with a seller, you may contact Belmore Cove support. We may mediate disputes between buyers and sellers at our discretion. However, the final decision on refunds remains with the seller unless there is a violation of our platform policies.

Platform Fee Refunds

On the Free plan, Belmore Cove charges a 2.1% platform fee on card transactions processed through Stripe. If a transaction is fully refunded by the seller, the associated platform fee will also be refunded. For partial refunds, the platform fee is adjusted proportionally.

Pro plan subscribers ($9.99/month) pay 0% platform fees on card transactions. Only Stripe's standard processing fees apply. Stripe's own fee refund policies govern whether their processing fees are returned on refunded transactions.

Subscription Billing

For issues related to Pro subscription charges, please contact us at support@belmorecove.com. Pro subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, and you will retain access through the end of your current billing period. We will review and process eligible refund requests within 5 to 7 business days.

Off-Platform Payments

For transactions conducted outside of Stripe (such as cash, Venmo, or other direct payment methods), Belmore Cove has no visibility into or involvement with those payments. Refunds for off-platform transactions are entirely between the buyer and seller.
